Karihosted day two of our Joint Cabinet Of Curiosities challenge. You can read about Day two on her blog.
I did the whole choose some words thing and I got such a odd order of doing the words which were (in order that I did them): text; paper; chalk; photo; 3D; paint.
I must say I am not AT ALL happy with the final outcome. I don't know, something just isn't right! Any suggestions? Maybe it is lacking more embellishments? Or maybe it is the type of brush work I did. I can't figure it out! Anyway..I tried!! I think I will give this particular challenge a go another time just to see how it works out next time!
I have been doing some ATC's. I put a few in frames to give as gifts. I am enjoying this so much. It is still a learning curve for me!

Hi Bonnie, I love the pink/lilac tones you have used but as I'm new to this and can only suggest 'text' which was in my random (odd order) list. I haven't finished yet but enjoying the process of discovery - I usually like to know where I am headed but this workshop fits in with the theme so well. Your ATC's are great.
I really like your collage a lot and don't think you need to change a thing. Love the colors. I can't wait to try mine out!
How intriguing! I nearly used a paper umbrella with mine also. I like the orange and pink (huge orange fan here) and I adore the middle atc! Very nice stuff :)

I love your challenge piece. If you are not happy with it why don't you just draw more prompts out of the hat and keep going. I haven't done mine yet, maybe tonight. Your atc's are wonderful.

Bonnie, I think that it is lovely, but I will admit that I cheat the process by choosing what order they go onto my collage. :D I adore those ATC's. Oh my, they are so darn pretty!!! smiles....

I really like your page, its theme and textures. However, I do understand your mixed feelings. I happen to feel the same way about my offering for prompt #2... I had so much fun exploring a different way to create though!
