I finally finished the tea cozy. I completed the actual tea cozy itself yesterday, I just had to do some more flowers and then stitch them all onto the cozy. And then it was time for her photo shoot before i wrapped her up, ready to take to my friend this afternoon!
I found this lovely pattern for it here (the basic cozy) and the flowers are joined flowers-the top one is a 4-layered flower (finally figured this out!) and the others are 2 layers. 7 of those.

So excited to see her face when she opens it! She adores tea and so I know she will use this often!
