Rules: *Please note that this survey is meant for people who have been reading my blog at least for a few weeks or longer.
*If you want to fill out the survey but not necessarily to win the prize, you may also do so.
*It is open internationally.(should I be unable to post the prize to your country for any reason, you will be notified and another winner will be chosen).
*If the winner fails to respond within 3 days of having won, a new winner will be chosen.
*You must have a valid email address and complete ALL the required fields in the survey to enter. 
*If the exact products in the picture are not available at time of posting, similar washi tape and bakers twine in exact same quantities will be chosen and sent. 
*The cut off is the 19th May 2013 at 10pm +2GMT time. Winner will be announced on the 20th May
